Introducing our Structured Health and Safety Excellence program geared towards small businesses under 50 employees. This tier of our health and safety excellence program is for companies just beginning their health and safety journey, companies looking for the foundation level or possibly intermediate level topics.

It is specifically made as an introductory program for small businesses looking to develop their health and safety plans. It allows smaller firms to take advantage of the financial incentives offered by the Health and Safety Excellence program at a substantially lower price,.

What are the Benefits of the program?

  • Financial incentive in the form of Rebates.
  • Small businesses are eligible for up to $1000 in the form of rebates for each topic that they complete (maximum of 75% of WSIB premiums). Factoring in the reduced cost of our Structured program, an employer can save up to $400 per topic.
    Yearly WSIB Premiums = $5,000

    Rebate earned for 3 programs = $3000
    Cost of 3 Topics for Structured Plan = $1800
    Rebate saved for the 3 programs = $1200
    Yearly WSIB Premiums = $3,000

Recognition

Aside from the financial incentives WSIB also issues badges that can be used by companies on their website, email signatures, advertisements etc. These badges show others what level of the Health and Safety Excellence program you have completed.
