Aceis Group Welcomes David Clarke as Vice President of Health and Safety Management

Aceis Group is proud to announce the appointment of David Clarke as Vice President of the Health and Safety Management (HSM) Division, reinforcing our continued growth and our deepening commitment to safety leadership in rail and infrastructure across Canada.

The HSM Division is a cornerstone of Aceis Group, delivering practical, expert-driven solutions to help organizations design, implement, and continuously improve their health and safety systems. From regulatory compliance and field-level planning to training, auditing, and full program development, HSM ensures that safety is not just a requirement—it’s a fully integrated part of operations.

David brings 36 years of health and safety experience, with deep expertise in transportation, infrastructure, and rail. His leadership has shaped major public and private programs across the country, and most recently, he played a key role at Metrolinx, where he led system-wide safety program development for Ontario’s largest transit authority. His work has directly influenced the design and performance of safety systems across some of the most complex transit operations in Canada.

David is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional and has his Executive Masters in Health and Safety Leadership. He holds qualifications in lead investigations, systems auditing, safety systems design, adult education, and high-risk operations. His approach is grounded in practical implementation, regulatory knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to safe operations across all levels of an organization.

David joins Aceis at a time of continued growth, particularly in our expanding support for network rail health and safety. His role will be key to guiding organizations across Canada in building safer systems, stronger teams, and more resilient operations.
